Location

The Meadows is located in Church Hill, Maryland on the northeast side of town just off of Route 213.

From Route 50 north, stay left, Northeast on Rt.301 at the 301/50 split. Take North Rt. 213 (exit 25) to Centreville. Continue North on RT 213 approx. 10 miles then turn right on Rt 300 (Sudlersville Rd.). Turn left on Rt 19 (Main Street). Continue North on Rt 19 and The Meadows will be on your left.
