Bozek, Inc. Welcomes Cosie Seek Metrinko to Our Team

Bozek, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of Cosie Seek Metrinko to the company. Cosie joins Bozek as a Sales Associate. In this position she will successfully guidehomebuyers and sellers through the sale and purchase of Bozek properties, resale properties, and commercial office space forPenn Station Joint Ventures. Working in the Real Estate market since 2004 Cosie feels very fortunate to have an opportunity to work with Bozek Inc., one of Eastern Shore's premier custom homebuilders.

Cosie, born and raised in the Washington D.C. area moved to the Eastern Shore in 2002 from Arnold with her husband David and son Luke. She has a strong sales background from computer sales to selling yellow page advertising but found that her true passion is in selling Real Estate. The one thing you can count on with Cosie is her limitless customer service. She does what she says she will do, never giving up. even with all the road blocks that the Real Estate industry brings. She and her husband also own a commercial furniture dealership selling office furniture. Through her business she has developed many friendships in Queen Anne's County through the Chamber of Commerce, non-profit organizations, volunteering, and Character Counts. Because of her commercial background Bozek Inc. has offered her an opportunity to lease it's sought after commercial office space for Penn Station Joint Ventures on Pennsylvania Avenue in Centreville. She jumped at the chance and looks forward to the challenges the commercial leasing industry and the home sales market brings.
